Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM EST)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@momof2boyz.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases Pre-order and limited-edition items ship separately and may have extended processing times. Estimated ship dates are noted on the product page and are subject to change based on supplier availability.
